Very efficient helpful and great service

Our aireal had become very loose so we went online and we found this company and from Sunday afternoon when we booked a time slot on the Monday job done ,Peter was very friendly and helpful, could not recommend this company more highly 5 stars

I phoned HDS and a very nice aerial engineer fixed my problem later that day. Simple and straightforward, which is all anyone would want.

Engineer arrived on time, worked out the problem and gave me a quote for installing new satellite dish. Dish was installed immediately with no fuss and my Sky is now working perfectly again. Engineer was friendly and helpful throughout. I'd happily use HDS again.

The engineer is great - he came when the problem happened a couple of years ago Booking it in was a bit difficult

Jake was excellent, quickly identified the problem and sorted it there and then. Provided really useful advice as well. Highly recommended. The wider booking system which got Jake to us was let down by misleading (over-optimistic) advice about when he/ the service engineer would get to us.
